Baseball Specific

This "Baseball Specific" program will improve your overall ability on the field and give you the athletic strength and controlled explosiveness to dominate! What this workout includes:

- 1 month of workouts 5 days a week

At Home Athlete (Bodyweight)

This At Home Athlete program was designed to improve your athletic ability, get you in shape and prepare you for your season all while not using any equipment at all! This program includes:

- 4 workouts a week as well as one mobility day 

- Workout Split: HIIT Shred, Explosive Legs, Upper Body, HIIT Shred, Hip/Shoulder Mobility

Need Helping Gaining Muscle In The Off-Season?

This off-season bulk program is designed solely for making you bigger and stronger in every aspect. This program includes:


- full warm up routine

- 5 workouts a week for 1 whole month

- the split is: legs, chest/tris, back/bis, legs, arms

- Additional grip strength work, mental toughness training and core work involved 


Personally, I gained 6lbs of muscle throughout the first couple weeks of this program. Your results will be determined by your intensity and effort in the weight room as well as your discipline in the kitchen!

Do You Want To Increase Your Rotational Power?

This program is unique and designed specifically to help you increase your rotational power which will result in increasing your exit velocity when hitting a baseball. The "Rotational Athlete" program includes:


- 1 month long of workouts

- 6 days a week

- Weekly split: 1.) rotational day 2.) upper body 3. )single-leg focus 4.) rotational day 5.) legs 6.) stretching

- warm up routine for each day

- A mix of athletic movements & strength exercises
